Customer problem

The existing screens did not serve the users core problems. They overwhelmed the user and didn't align to the users' mental model.

Business problem

The existing screens did not serve as a SaaS first product and catered most to existing service based customers. The screens did not satisfy the users to enable them to engage further in the platform as it wasn't the greatest.
